These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and participation in the Junior Midweek 7s Youth Football League ("League"). By accessing our website or registering for the League, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility

Participation is open to youth players in the specified age categories (Unfer 11's to under 18's.)

All players must have consent from a parent or guardian.

Teams and players must provide accurate registration details, including player identification and proof of age.
2. Registration & Payment

All teams must complete the online registration process and submit required payment prior to the start of the season.

Registration fees are non-refundable unless the league is cancelled.
3. League Rules

All matches will follow the official Junior Midweek 7s Youth Football League Rules & Regulations.

Any misconduct, unsporting behaviour, or breach of rules may result in suspension or removal from the League.

All players must adhere to fair play principles and show respect to referees, opponents, and league officials.
4. Player Information & Data

We collect personal information, including player names, date of birth, and photographs, for the purpose of registration, identification, and competition integrity.

By registering, you consent to the use of player information for league administration, matchday operations, and promotional purposes (e.g., match reports, photos).

We will never share personal information with third parties without consent.
5. Health & Safety

Participation in the League is at the players' and parents’/guardians’ own risk.

All Parents / guardians & players must ensure they are medically fit to play.

The League will not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or personal loss during matches or events.
6. Cancellations & Changes

The League reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or amend fixtures and schedules due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or insufficient team numbers.

We will endeavour to notify teams in advance of any changes.
7. Liability

Junior Midweek 7s Youth Football League, its organisers and affiliates accept no liability for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the League.
8. Website Use

The content on this website is for general information purposes only.

You must not misuse, copy, or distribute any material without permission.
9. Leaving the League & Fee Settlement

Teams are only permitted to withdraw at the end of the season after fulfilling all their matches. This ensures the completion of fixtures and maintains fairness in the competition.

Teams will be contacted toward the end of each season to confirm their participation in the subsequent season. By confirming participation, teams acknowledge and agree to remain bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Teams choosing to withdraw after completing all season matches must formally notify the League. Any remaining deposit balance will be refunded to the team manager within seven days via bank transfer.

Teams that withdraw before the season’s completion will forfeit their deposit and any credit balance and will be responsible for paying the full season’s fees. This includes any forfeit fines or match fees for both already played and future fixtures.

If a team is removed from the competition due to violent conduct, they will forfeit their deposit and any credit balance and will be responsible for paying the full season’s fees, including any applicable forfeit fines or match fees for both, already played and future matches.

Any team withdrawing from the League with outstanding financial obligations will be reported to the FA and could face future suspension from our league along with other FA competitions.

Junior Midweek 7s Youth Football League reserves the right to provide comprehensive contact details (including addresses, emails, phone numbers, date of birth, and photographic identification) of teams and team officials to a professional debt collection agency to recover unpaid amounts. The debt collection agency may impose additional charges.

By entering the competition and registering on our website, team officials consent to their details being passed to debt collectors if they have outstanding debts.

Legal Disclaimer: The collection process will adhere to all relevant privacy laws and regulations in England, UK.

Notification Process: We will contact all teams via email and WhatsApp to provide opportunities for dispute resolution.
10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
11. Disclaimer

All league schedules, including start dates and match days, are provisional and may be adjusted at the discretion of the League organisers. In the event that a league is cancelled by us prior to commencement, any registration fees or payments already received will be fully refunded.”
